My name is James Jeffries, of Ask-James
Let me introduce you to our company and services.
Ask-James was conceived in 1980. Conception occurred after observing
the issues faced during a bank's Pilot Project to create a local data center.
The bank's goal was to provide up-to-date information to its staff and
customers, also to replace the manual posting system.
It became apparent that when the new system had a problem, neither the
manufacturer's nor the bank's IT staff were willing to take ownership
of the problem. Instead what usually happened was: "Finger Pointing";
"Pass the Buck" and only after a lot of anger, time
and frustration, was there any attempt to find a solution.
