I apologize for taking so long to answer this question: “GOD’s Complaint”.
All of Deuteronomy 32 contains HIS complaints and in a poetic form. The full complaint must be viewed in all of the Writings of Moses(Written Torah) and the Prophets of the ALMIGHTY in the Tanakh(Old Testament of those without a Hebrew Tanakh).
One summarized complaint is:
“Deuteronomy 32:19 And the LORD saw, and spurned, because of the provoking of His sons and His daughters.”
“Leviticus 26:14 But if ye will not hearken unto Me, and will not do all these commandments;
15 and if ye shall reject My statutes, and if your soul abhor Mine ordinances, so that ye will not do all My commandments, but break My covenant;”
“Deuteronomy 28:15 But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all His commandments and His statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee.”
These are example declarations of the Complaint.
First I admit that I forgot about writing that piece. However, I have continuously been learning about those issues.
Second, I am certain that You are not going to like the answer. NO, it is not 42, as Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy declared it, but I have rechecked the answer many times.
Let’s not make this too difficult. Almost all of us are responsible for our part in the Complaint.
What is the complaint? The simple answer is: “Deuteronomy 32:19 And the LORD saw, and spurned, because of the provoking of His sons and His daughters.”
Or We reject the ALMIGHTY without cause.
We do not know the ALMIGHTY GOD, The Creator of the Heavens and the Earth, even though almost every person on earth has access to the Writings of Moses in the form of Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy, translated to most languages and even available on the Internet. So we have had the chance to know GOD.
We could have learned about the ALMIGHTY GOD by THE LORD’S examples; There are the Jewish people, and the Children of Jacob, a group of people that the LORD chose to be an example. An example such that when they Keep HIS Covenants, they are blessed and the Whole Earth will say: “Show me your GOD, teach me HIS ways.” Or when they rebel and fight against the ALMIGHTY LORD GOD of their Fathers, they are punished, but HE does not allow ALL to disappear, instead HE brings back a remnant of them. This process has been happening for about 3,800 years.
One caution should we should in mind: “Genesis 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and him that curseth thee will I curse; and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed.’” Every word the LORD declared is True. This means that they Happen, as HE declared, for HE IS THE GOD OF TRUTH.
“Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: when He hath said, will He not do it? or when He hath spoken, will He not make it good?”
This last is what is spoken between two enemies of the Children of Israel, while in the desert. The circumstance is this: Balak the son of Zippor was king of Moab at that time and Balaam the son of Beor is a curser, which is being hired to curse the Children of Jacob for Balak. Balaam can only say that which the LORD tells him so say. At this particular point in time those words Balaam was forced to say to Balak.
Time for a question on your behave. The question is: Is it not the Jewish people that are HIS? Therefore, what have I to do with their GOD?
Yes, that was two questions not one.
The CREATOR OF THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH is every persons FATHER(of the SOUL), the part that makes you the only part of creation with the CHOICE. That of following your FATHER or rejecting HIM.
Proof? “Exodus 19: 5 Now therefore, if ye will hearken unto My voice indeed, and keep My covenant, then ye shall be Mine own treasure from among all peoples; for all the earth is Mine; 6 and ye shall be unto Me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.’” –FOR ALL THE EARTH IS MINE!–
There are the Covenants to deal with. Yes, and everyone of us CAN be in the deal.
In this Covenant you can be one of HIS CHILDREN.
“Deuteronomy 29:8 Observe therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may make all that ye do to prosper.
9 Ye are standing this day all of you before the LORD your God: your heads, your tribes, your elders, and your officers, even all the men of Israel,
10 your little ones, your wives, and thy stranger that is in the midst of thy camp, from the hewer of thy wood unto the drawer of thy water;
11 that thou shouldest enter into the covenant of the LORD thy God–and into His oath–which the LORD thy God maketh with thee this day;
12 that He may establish thee this day unto Himself for a people, and that He may be unto thee a God, as He spoke unto thee, and as He swore unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
13 Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath;
14 but with him that standeth here with us this day before the LORD our God, and also with him that is not here with us this day–”
This includes the stranger(Not of Jacob) that is in the camp, and those that are not with them that day.
If you will Keep HIS Covenants and Teachings, You also can be HIS Cherished Child.
Why should you do this thing? If you do not know and do not care to know, then why are you reading this?

The next big question should be, Why? Answer: “Zephaniah 1:2 I will utterly consume all things from off the face of the earth, saith the LORD.”
Who is included? “Zephaniah 1:6 Them also that are turned back from following the LORD; and those that have not sought the LORD, nor inquired after Him.”
Time is all but gone, so you should get to now! Otherwise, maybe you would rather continuing on your current path. Either way, the Last Day is upon us. If you want something different, you need to get to it.
IT is to our benefit to HEARKEN until the LIVING GOD OF ISRAEL, and to our pain and shame to do otherwise.
My prayer is that The LORD grant you eyes that see, ears that hear and an understanding heart, then you return unto HIM soon!(Isaiah 6: 9 And He said: ‘Go, and tell this people: hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. 10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they, seeing with their eyes, and hearing with their ears, and understanding with their heart, return, and be healed.’)
