Lashon HaRah
Also known as Bad Speech, has been taken to the point of too far, so that no speech is allowed about another person. You are not allowed to say good or bad of another person. It is the perfect way to shut up everybody you don’t like. It is even a good way to stop others from knowing your crimes and sins.
This is not what is actually meant in the Written Torah, The Word of GOD by the Hand of Moses? No, it is not what the Written Torah says, and not even close.
Do not lie! So giving false witness information is a lie under an oath before the Almighty! Ref Number = #1, #2, #3, #4, #7, #9
Do not curse, your Father; or Mother or King or Ruler of Israel; Or the ALMIGHTY GOD nor any of the Children of Jacob!
Ref Number = #2, #5, #6
Do not curse the deaf.
Ref Number = #7, #8
Do not carry a false report, which is a repeating lie!
Ref Number = #9
Do not utter a false report, which a lie you make!
Ref Number = #9
You will not turn away, nor refrain from rebuking your neighbor, nor bear sin because of him. You will not stand by the blood of your neighbor, . . . . These command us to not only know what is happening but to rebuke(tell them they are wrong and why), to tell the truth of what you know that may cause harm to others in the community. We are not to lie!, but we are to say what we know, have witnessed, found to be true enough to stake your like upon it and only that.
For example Deuteronomy 13 deals with a person very close to you, secretly entices you to do something against GOD, you are required to tell the community and you rare the first to strike with the stone.
Another example of being required to disclose what you have heard or seen in: Leviticus 5: 11 And if any one sin, in that he heareth the voice of adjuration, he being a witness, whether he hath seen or known, if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity
Those some of the LAWS according to Moses, with the actual referenced verses below, which deal with bad speech ideas. None of the examples are possible if you are not allowed to talk about another person, either for good or bad. There are more examples of being required to speak, to say, to inform others. Yet, you must speak about and actually required to speak about what you know to be true, ready to give your evidence as witness, that evil shall not remain among the Children of Israel. More about The Witness of Two or More or in Deuteronomy.
However, there is the passage about the Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of who he married. And then Miriam and Aaron lifted up themselves in their speech to equal Moses. However, it could also be viewed that they brought Moses DOWN to their level. This may not so bad, but Moses was chosen by the LORD to be as god to Pharaoh with his prophet. (Exodus 7:1 And the LORD said unto Moses: ‘See, I have set thee in God’s stead to Pharaoh; and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet.) add to that that is is Moses is the Visible Leader of the People making the sin of #5 below. So not only have they brought Moses down to their level, but by implication they also brought the LORD down as well. LORD gets angry! And then explains how they are wrong. Numbers 12, if viewed as “cause and effect” as if watching a movie to learn the effects and have a feeling for what is being taught, rather than just playing with words. The result then of Numbers 12, is it that the ALMIGHTY DECLARES, HIMSELF the position and relationship Moses has over all prophets, seers, dreamers and even the declaring Moses’s position of TRUST BY THE LORD. The Declaration ends with this question: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against My servant, against Moses?(Numbers 12:8) One other observation about this event. It would appear to me that Miriam was doing the talking and Aaron did not object. I believe that the speaker received the skin disorder, rather than both of them getting it. Yes Moses was there listening, but Moses being humble, did not defend himself, Aaron did not defend Moses and Miriam seems then to be the speaker, so the LORD ALMIGHTY Defends and teaches.
In review, bad speech is actually involves saying something you know is not true(A Lie), or have not bothered to find the truth before speaking(carrying a false report or uttering one) that which turns out to be a lie. From the Miriam and Aaron event of Numbers 12, listening to bad speech is not as bad as speaking, it is still a sin. Refer to Leviticus 5:1 below. Bad speech is also to speak a curse, to harm another person, but it is worse when done against someone that cannot hear your curse, or a curse of your Father, Mother, the Children of Israel whom the LORD HIMSELF HAS BLESSED, or to curse THE ALMIGHTY or one HE has placed over you as ruler.
There is a requirement to speak, in order to make known. Make sure that you speak the Truth and do not lie or repeat only what another has said without your first learning the truth of the matter, before speaking of it.

#5 Exodus 22:27 Thou shalt not revile God, nor curse a ruler of thy people. אֱלֹהִים, לֹא תְקַלֵּל; וְנָשִׂיא בְעַמְּךָ, לֹא תָאֹר.
#6 “Numbers 12:1 And Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Cushite woman whom he had married; for he had married a Cushite woman. 2 And they said: ‘Hath the LORD indeed spoken only with Moses? hath He not spoken also with us?’ And the LORD heard it.– . . . . 6 And He said: ‘Hear now My words: if there be a prophet among you, I the LORD do make Myself known unto him in a vision, I do speak with him in a dream. 7 My servant Moses is not so; he is trusted in all My house; 8 with him do I speak mouth to mouth, even manifestly, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD doth he behold; wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against My servant, against Moses?’”
#7 Leviticus 19:11 Ye shall not steal; neither shall ye deal falsely, nor lie one to another.
#8 Leviticus 19: 14 Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling-block before the blind, but thou shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD.
#9 Leviticus 19: 16 Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people; neither shalt thou stand idly by the blood of thy neighbour: I am the LORD.
#10 Leviticus 20:2 Moreover, thou shalt say to the children of Israel: Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death; the people of the land shall stone him with stones.
3 I also will set My face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people, because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile My sanctuary, and to profane My holy name.
4 And if the people of the land do at all hide their eyes from that man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and put him not to death;
5 then I will set My face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go astray after him, to go astray after Molech, from among their people.
#11 Leviticus 20:9 For whatsoever man there be that curseth his father or his mother shall surely be put to death; he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.
#12 Leviticus 22:32 And ye shall not profane My holy name; but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel: I am the LORD who hallow you, 33 that brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD.
#13 Leviticus 24:15 And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying: Whosoever curseth his God shall bear his sin. 16 And he that blasphemeth the name of the LORD, he shall surely be put to death; all the congregation shall certainly stone him; as well the stranger, as the home-born, when he blasphemeth the Name, shall be put to death.
Verse 2: Re-evaluated reading/meaning.

I can not save you, no one can, You must Return and do that which is Right according the the Writings Of Moses.
I can show you the way, if you want to know.
IT is to our benefit to HEARKEN until the LIVING GOD OF ISHRAEL/ISRAEL, and to our pain and shame to do otherwise.
My prayer is that The LORD grant you eyes that see, ears that hear and an understanding heart, then you return unto HIM soon!(Isaiah 6: 9 And He said: ‘Go, and tell this people: hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. 10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they, seeing with their eyes, and hearing with their ears, and understanding with their heart, return, and be healed.’)
